I’m usually not a big complainer, but today’s run sucked! Plain and simple.
And here’s why:
- Knees were hurting: Time to get back on the Glucosamine!
- Too hot: Well, there’s nothing I can do about that living in Sacramento.
- Side Stitches: Perhaps I shouldn’t have had a handful of PopChips right before the run. =\
- Shoes have no support left: Waiting for that extra 20% off Last Chance Sale at Saucony.com. Hint hint, Saucony.
I can’t say tonight’s workout was a complete bust. I was able to make up for the lousy run with a nice Yoga session afterwards. Namaste and good night!
